Story of a our own Food Blogger

Welcome to my blog. Introducing myself, I am Rupesh from Mumbai. Travelling and food blogging is my passion and hobby. Apart from this I enjoy cooking at home for my family. Cooking was my childhood passion and I started exploring it gradually with my growing age.

However, expert you may be in cooking, but a perfect blend of spices and the preparation method of any recipe gives it a perfect authentic taste, aroma and color. Considering this in my mind, I started preparing my own blended masalas with my own formulas and ingredients. To my surprise it worked well and I could achieve the perfect taste, aroma and colour to most of my recipes. But not everyone can take out time from their daily busy and hectic schedules in preparing the base masalas.

I am a person who is always exploring new upcoming brands in market and try using their products assuming that I would get something different. And I am most of the time a happy customer with the new brands. On one such marketing incidence I explored Prabhuman Spices in a shop. With lot of customers asking the shopkeeper for branded masalas I was the only one who opted for Prabhuman Prawns Pulav masala. Since for the first time I had seen special masala only for prawns pulav, I was eager to buy and taste it.

My kids are prawn’s lover and with all the other prawn’s recipe, they definitely opt for prawn’s rice. As per the packet instructions provided by Prabhuman foods, I collected the necessary ingredients and added the Prabhuman Prawns pulav masala. No other masala I used as I wanted to explore whether this masala is really authentic. As soon as I put masala and started stirring the entire content, the aroma of the spices pleased me. Once the the cooking process was completed and when I opened the lit, my house was filled with aroma of the prawns pulav with its masala. It was just the way as I used to blend masala at home and put it in any recipe. It was tempting and without wasting further time, I served hot prawns pulav to my kids.
